A South Lake Tahoe man was arrested Saturday in Morongo Valley after he was found with a knife. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the 49800 block of Visnaga Trail in Morongo Valley 4:45 a.m. Saturday morning by a Roger Tindell who said his friends were trying to kill him. When deputies arrived, they determined that Tindell was high, and Tindell allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day. A search of Tindell found a two-inch knife in a sheath in his front pocket. Roger Tindell was arrested for investigation of being in possession of a dirk or dagger, with his bail set at $25,000.
