The televised pursuit saw the stolen rig go up and then down both the Yucca and Morongo grades after a U-turn in Yucca Valley and ended at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday when Edgley pulled the big-rig into a 10 Freeway rest area in Whitewater and came out with his hands up. The truck was reported stolen to Barstow police at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday morning. His bail was set at $225,000.
