County Supervisor James Ramos will be the guest speaker at an luncheon Tuesday, October 9, sponsored by the Basin Wide Foundation. The cost for the luncheon is $15 for Basin Wide members and $18 for non-members. The event will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the Helen Gray Education Center on the hospital campus in Joshua Tree.
