The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program or LIHWAP is coming this Thursday, June 22nd at the Joshua Basin Water District Board Room. Bring your current water bill, your household income for the last 4 weeks and a government ID. Be sure your income includes non-cash benefits like EBT and SSDI.
Joshua Basin Water District Customers who are having trouble paying their water bills may be eligible for up to $15,000 in financial relief.
They will also be providing assistance for United Way Discounts.
