Low-cost spaying and neutering is being offered at a mobile clinic, operating behind the dinosaurs on Highway 62 in Joshua tree. The cost is $45 for cats, $85 for female dogs, and $95 for male dogs. With a voucher that is available for low income residents of San Bernardino County unincorporated areas, those costs are reduced to $20 for cats and $35 and $45 for dogs.
