The Grubstake weekend is almost here! Make sure you save the date, May 25, of this exciting event. For the fifth year in a row, the Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Home and Craft show inside the Boys and Girls Club building from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During this time, the outside fair will feature a dunk tank, Roller Derby Demonstration, watermelon eating contest, sack and three-legged races, softball tournament, light-hearted competition between local police and firefighters and many more activities! Immediately following the Grubstakes Day Parade, food booths will be set up by Tri-Valley Little League, Morongo Basin Youth Soccer Association, and the Boy’s and Girl’s Club. Stick around for the Grubstake Parade awards by the Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce from 12:30-1:00.
