The number one New Year’s Resolution on the top ten 2015 list is to Lose Weight! TOPS, an acronym for Take Off Pounds Sensibly, has been helping overweight individuals become thinner, healthier and just more comfortable since 1948! The mission of the non-profit, weight-loss organization is to support members as they take off and keep off pounds sensibly. TOPS is an affordable option for anyone needing encouragement and motivation in their weight loss journey. Morongo Basin chapter, TOPS CA 1951, meets every Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m at the First Christian Church, 56284 Buena Vista Dr. in Yucca Valley.
