The county libraries in Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and Twentynine Palms are inviting residents to take part in the virtual 2021 summer reading program. Reporter Andrew Dieleman has the details…
This year’s Summer Reading Program is titled “Excavate Something Big,” offering participants an amazing dinosaur-themed experience with fun-filled crafts, informative activities, performers, and more. The program begins Monday, June 7, and runs through Saturday, July 31. Pick up a program kit at your local branch, while supplies last, and tune in on Facebook to make the project along with Library staff. To sign up, or for more information on all activities and programs, contact your local library or visit http://www.sbclib.org/.
