The Morongo Basin Chapter 71 of the International Footprint Association will honor seven members of various branches of law enforcement at their annual ceremony tonight with the law-enforcement-officer-of-the-year awards. The event is at the Yucca Valley Sizzler, with a social hour at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m., and the meeting and award ceremony at 8 p.m.
