The Morongo Basin Democratic Club meets this Saturday morning (August 10) at the Coyote Kitchen on the Copper Mountain College campus in Joshua Tree. Yucca Valley Town Council recall targets George Huntington and Robert Lombardo will be the guest presenters. The Club heard from recall proponents back in June. Fellowship and a $10 full breakfast begins at 9 a.m.; the regular meeting begins at 10 a.m. Democratic Club memberships lapse August 31; members are encouraged to bring payment for annual dues.
