A progressive talk radio host will be the guest speaker at this Saturday’s meeting of the Morongo Basin Democratic Club. Fellowship and a $10 breakfast begin at 9 a.m.; the meeting and presentation begin at 10 a.m. Among items up for discussion is the Club’s new scholarship program. It all happens at Bruce’s Coyote Kitchen on Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree. Members are reminded to pay annual dues this month.
