Becoming a U.S. citizen will be the special speaker’s program at the monthly meeting of the Democrats of the Morongo Basin Saturday, starting at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at Bruce’s Place on the Copper Mountain College campus, 6162 Rotary Way in Joshua Tree. Come early for the optional $10 breakfast buffet at 9 a.m.
