At Saturday’s meeting of the Morongo Basin Democratic Club, local Democrats will vote on endorsements for the November election, followed by a presentation from California Common Cause, a non-partisan, advocacy organization working to strengthen public participation and government accountability. Fellowship and a $10 breakfast begin at 9 a.m.; the meeting and presentation begin at 10 a.m. It all happens at Bruce’s Coyote Kitchen on the Copper Mountain College campus in Joshua Tree.
