LOCAL CHP LOOKING FOR SIGN VANDALS

The local station of the California Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in determining who has been vandalizing highway signs on Highway 62 in the Morongo Basin. A speed limit sign on east end of Joshua Tree, and a street sign on the west end of Joshua Tree have both been defaced. Both signs are on westbound Highway 62. Anyone with information should contact Officer Joan Griffin, at 760-366-3707.
