The High Desert Beekeepers Association meet Saturday (March 24) from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Nourishing Tree in Joshua Tree. They will discuss what
plants are in bloom that bees can gather nectar and pollen from, as well as that is going on inside the hive this time of year. Current beekeepers will share information about swarm capture, as this is a prime time of year when bees outgrow their homes and a portion may swarm out. High Desert
