The Palms-N-Paws Animal Shelter in Twentynine Palms will conduct a low-cost rabies vaccination clinic for cats and dogs from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday, October 26. The cost is $8 per vaccination, cash only. All dogs must be on a leash and cats in a carrier.
