I went to watch a play at Theatre 29 and really enjoyed it so I wanted to interview an actor from Theatre 29. Student Amber Flores answers a few of my questions.
How long has Theatre 29 been around?
“Theatre 29 has been around for 16 years.”
How long does it take to do a whole play, like finished and ready to perform?
“To get the whole play finished and ready to perform it takes about two months.”
What happens if a main actor can’t make it to the play?
“If the main actor can’t make it to the play, we have understudies because the show must go on.”
Is there a certain age to be play certain parts during a play? Why?
“There are certain ages to parts because some parts have more maturity than others.”
