Members of various branches of law enforcement were honored for their services during an award ceremony last night. The Morongo Basin Chapter 71 of the International Footprint Association honored Probation Officer Jairo Chamarro, Joshua Tree Court Services Deputy Scott Leach, Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station Deputy Ryan Atherton, California Highway Patrol Officer Robert Stephano, National Park Service Ranger Michael Schuman, Naval Criminal Investigative Service Officer David Hammell, and Provost Marshal Officer Sgt. Russel D. Harned.
