If you haven’t seen Theatre 29’s “Man From Earth,” there’s still time. This Friday and Saturday, September 18 and 19, the curtain rises at 7 p.m. as the sci-fi drama completes its run. The story of John Oldman, portrayed by Jared Phillips, is a unique tale of a man who has walked the earth over 14,000 years but never ages. His college professor colleagues interrogate the young man in this thought-provoking piece. Director Eddie Tucker chose the ensemble cast well, which includes Theatre 29 veteran actors and newcomers as well, including, Kurt Schauppner, Les Taylor, Eddie Boos and more. The mysterious tale is written by Jerome Bixby known for his contributions to “The Twilight Zone.” Don’t miss your chance to see the final performances.
