A landlord who got tired of a couple renting a room in his house was arrested, Saturday, accused of threatening to kill one of his tenants. About 3 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to the 64600 block of Sun Mesa Road in Joshua Tree by a man who said his landlord, later identified as Ronald Ludwig, 59, had entered his room without permission.
