A shooting in Landers on Tuesday (February 25) is being investigated as attempted murder.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department says that at around 6:30 p.m., deputies from the Morongo Basin Station responded to a report of man who shot in the 1000 block of Cambria Avenue. They say they found an unidentified 41-year man suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen, and that the victim was transported to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Sheriff’s investigators are currently continuing to work on all leads and motives in the case.
