A Landers man was arrested Saturday, after he was found with a knife hidden on his person. About 10:45 a.m. Saturday morning, a deputy spotted a man and woman walking on the road near Valley Vista Avenue and Aberdeen in Yucca Mesa. The deputy stopped and determined that Raymond Lindley, 24, had a warrant for his arrest from another county. During a search of Lindley, the deputy found a fixed-blade knife hidden on his person. Raymond Lindley was arrested for investigation for being in possession of a dangerous weapon. His companion was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.
