A Landers man was arrested Sunday, accusing of hitting a woman in the eye with a wrench. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the 5900 block of Jana Lane about 2:30 p.m. because Roy Owen, 32, had allegedly hit a woman in the eye with a wrench. After an investigation, Roy Owen was arrested on suspicion of assault, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
