A Landers home suffered serious damage in a fire early this morning. Just before 5 a.m., firefighters were called to a possible attic fire in the 3600 block of Dusty Mile Road, and found heavy smoke and flames showing when they arrived about 5:15 a.m. They had the fire knocked down about 20 minutes later. There were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
