Heavy rains forced organizers to pull the plug on Landers’ Flea Market last month, but buyers and sellers, tourists and tire kickers get a second chance tomorrow. They’re coming for what organizers hope will be a regular event on the first Saturday of every month. Reporter Mike Lipsitz tells us what to expect…
Expect an old-fashioned community flea market. The Landers Flea Market kicks off tomorrow, March 2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers everything from housewares to house dressing. Whether you’re searching for craft goods, collectibles, or just craving an old-fashioned hotdog, head over to Homestead Valley Park, 1501 Belfield Blvd. in Landers for a day of food, fun, and family. Vendors may purchase space on site. If rain forces cancellation, the market will be rescheduled for April 6th.
