Directors at the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency are opting to fill an open director’s seat by appointment. Their decision follows the resignation last month of long-time board member Judy Corl-Lorono. Citing pandemic-related family circumstances, Corl-Lorono has relocated to Arkansas. Eligible candidates for the seat must be registered to vote within the water agency’s district. The successful applicant will hold office until the election of November 2022. Completed applications must be submitted by noon Thursday, February 18. The board is expected to name a new director
