LANDERS COUPLE ACCUSED IN DEATH OF 7-YEAR-OLD MISSED COURT DATE

A Landers couple, accused of child abuse that led to the death of the woman’s 7-year-old son, failed to show up to their scheduled court date Tuesday, prompting the judge to issue a bench warrant for their arrest, officials said. Paul Warfox, 42, and his wife Misty Warfox, 36, were arrested July 25 and later charged with child abuse resulting in the death of Misty Warfox’s son, Dylan Biscamp, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reports and court records.
