The Landers Community Association will hold its monthly meeting Saturday, May 13, at 3 p.m. at Belfield Hall on Reche Road. Topics of discussion include Landers’ big real estate boom and what’s driving it, Grubstake Days rodeo and dance, the Landers July 3 fireworks show, an art show with wine and cheese, and a planned newcomer’s open house. And if something is on your mind, you’ll have an opportunity to speak out as well. Saturday’s meeting should last about an hour. This is not a potluck, but feel free to bring a snack for yourself or to share.
