On Friday night, January 24, the Twentynine Palms varsity girls’ basketball team beat Coachella Valley High School on the road to hold on to second place in the Desert Valley League, 62-33.
Coach Tim Stanford said stat leaders on the night were Bre Bell with 19 points and five steals; Kate Bobadilla with 17 points and eight rebounds; Taylor Scamman had seven points, seven rebounds, and three steals.
