The Yucca Valley High School Lady Trojan swimmers traveled to Riverside Community College for CIF finals on Friday, May 3.

The team of Kaylee Powell, Jordyn Koger, Skye Hanson and Markina Evdokimoff qualified to swim the 400-yard free relay and finished with a time of 4:10.45.

The team had a great day at the CIF pool competing in the last race of the day for the girls.

Coach Becca Pessa had a great turn out of cheerleaders, the swimmers’ parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters and friends who drove the distance to cheer the girls on to a great finish.
