The Yucca Valley High School Lady Trojan soccer team fell to the Desert Hot Springs High School Golden Eagles Friday (January 21). The team showed resiliency despite the 5-0 final score. Rose Alfonso (#10) performed well defensively by having multiple headers defending the goal. Talitha Foster (#19) played a center mid position and maintained ball control to slow the plays down and make passes. Evelyn Moreno (#22) did an exceptional job playing wing, attacking well, and supporting defense when needed.
