The Yucca Valley High School Lady Trojan soccer team had a loss against Coachella Valley High School on Thursday (December 16). The final score was 11 – 0. The girls kept in good spirits and put up a fight until the very end. They were able to recognize areas of opportunity we need to work on so that next time they meet Coachella they can present themselves as a new team. High recognition goes out to Goal Keepers Eden Ricketts (00) and Maddie Dougherty (1) for putting up a good fight. Coach Pessa said, “These two ladies sacrificed their bodies in the goal box making some of the most impressive saves I have seen in years.”
