KIDNAPPING AND ASSAULT IN WONDER VALLEY

A Wonder Valley man was arrested Saturday, accused of kidnapping and assaulting his girlfriend. According to a Sheriff’s report, Terrance Hodges, 39, was arguing with his girlfriend about 5 p.m. Saturday in the 81400 block of Picadilly Road over his missing wallet. His girlfriend managed to call the Sheriff’s Department and keep an open phone line during the alleged kidnapping. The report states that Hodges broken into the home, yelled and swore at his girlfriend, and then forced her into a vehicle. Hodges and the woman then drove to an address in the 5800 block of Bagley Avenue. The report states that Hodges threatened the woman before searching the home. Deputies then arrived at the scene and arrested Terrance Hodges for investigation of kidnapping and domestic battery. Hodges was booked at the West Valley Detention Center with his total bail set at $275,000.
