The Copper Mountain College Foundation has announced the kick-off event for the 2021 publication of its literary magazine “Howl.” The event will be held Saturday, June 19, from 6-8 p.m. at Oasis in & Suites at 71809 Twentynine Palms Highway in Twentynine Palms. Submission forms for works of poetry, short fiction, photography, and digital images of artwork will be available to the community. All submissions are due by Wednesday, September 15.
