The Yucca Valley Senior Center is holding a Kentucky Derby day this Saturday, May 6. Come and sip mint juleps, eat Kentucky Derby pie, play racing games and watch the Kentucky Derby on big screen TVs, all for free for seniors 55 and older. Under 55 are $2 at the door. It all happens at the Yucca Valley Senior Center from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Don’t forget to wear your fancy hats, but they’re not required.
