Author Justin Kerr of the popular desert novel “A Place to Bury Strangers” will be reading from his novel at Sun of the Desert in Twentynine Palms. The event will be moderated by Liz Lapp, podcaster and owner of High Desert Times. The event is on Sunday (November 23) at 2 p.m. at Sun of The desert, located at the Historic Plaza in Twentynine Palms. Tickets are free, but they ask that you register at sunofthedesert.com/tickets
