On Saturday, November 6, the 29 Palms Art Gallery, at 74055 Cottonwood Drive, corner of National Park Drive in 29 Palms, will hold the juried art awards reception from 4 to 7 pm. The work, inspired by Joshua Tree National Park and created by artists from the desert region and California. Awards will be announced at 6 pm and include 2D, 3D, and Photography, including an honorary Superintendent’s Award selected by Joshua Tree NP Superintendent David Smith. New this year is a People’s Choice Award. Come in and vote for your favorite artwork. The wine/beer bar opens at 4.
The exhibition will display from November 4 to 28. Regular gallery hours are 11 am to 3 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
