JOSHUA TREE WOMAN FOUND WITH STOLEN CREDIT CARDS

A Joshua Tree woman was arrested Sunday after she was found with credit cards that didn’t belong to her. About 8:30 a.m., deputies were called to the intersection of Navajo Trail and Kickapoo Trail in Yucca Valley. The deputy determined that Toni Cagle, 34, had hidden credit cards in her left boot. When the deputy questioned Cagle about the credit cards, Cagle allegedly admitted to entering a car in Morongo Valley and stealing the credit cards. Toni Cagle was arrested for investigation of stealing credit cards, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $25,000.
