A Joshua Tree woman was arrested early Monday morning, following an argument with her boyfriend. According to a Sheriff’s report, Kristan Marshall, 27, was arguing with her boyfriend in the 78700 block of Rockwood Road in Joshua Tree about 4 a.m. when her boyfriend said she put him in a choke hold and split open his ear. After an investigation, Kristan Marshall was arrested on suspicion of felony spouse abuse, booked at the West Valley Detention Center, with her bail set at $50,000.
