A Joshua Tree woman was arrested Wednesday after she threatened to kill her roommate. At about 3 p.m., a resident in the 63600 block of Saturn Street in Joshua Tree told deputies that Frances Marsh, 52, was trying to flood the front yard with a garden hose. When he tried to get her to turn off the water, she reportedly chased him with a shovel and swung it at him, threw bricks at him, and said she was going to kill him. After an investigation, Frances Marsh was arrested on suspicion of making terrorist threats and violating a court order and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with her bail set at $75,000.
