We have limited information about a Joshua Tree woman who was arrested Thursday, accused of spouse abuse. Deputies were called to the 4800 block of Avenida La Espana in Joshua Tree about 1 a.m. Thursday where they contacted Rebekah Mathis. After an investigation, Rebekah Mathis was arrested on suspicion of felony spouse abuse and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with her bail set at $50,000.
