Today in Joshua Tree, the Joshua Basin Water District Board of Directors will convene a special closed session meeting following public comment at 4:30 for a performance review of the general manager. The regularly scheduled meeting will convene at 7:00 at District offices on Chollita Road as usual. Among items on the action agenda, the board will consider approval of a 2013 Strategic Plan, and award a small bid for architectural services. Those probable actions will follow a presentation and update on the Medical Center’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
