The Veterans of Foreign Wars post in Joshua Tree is soliciting donations for a rummage sale. A member will be behind the post on Friday, May 4, from 8 a.m. to noon to accept donations of clean, serviceable furniture, housewares, clothing, and other items. The sale will be held on Saturday, May 5, from 8 to 4 and Sunday, May 6, from 8 to noon. All proceeds will go to veterans helping veterans. The VFW Post is located at 6402 Veterans Way in downtown Joshua Tree.
