A Joshua Tree felon was arrested Monday morning during a probation check. According to Sheriff reports, deputies went to a home in the 6300 block of El Reposo Street in Joshua Tree about 11:20 a.m. to check on Randy Listrud, 29, who has been convicted of multiple drugs charges, burglary, and receiving stolen property since he turned 18 in 2001. During a probation search, the deputy’s report states brass knuckles were found in Listrud’s pocket. Randy Listrud was arrested for investigation of possession of a dangerous weapon, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $25,000.
