The Joshua Tree Rec and Park Department offers rhythm tap dancing classes Friday afternoons and evenings for dancers from age 3 to adult, starting Friday, March 29. The fee is $20 and includes seven classes and a recital. Babywearing dance classes are for babies 2 and under and their caregiver; classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 9 and cost $30 per pair for six classes. Yoga for every body starts Friday, March 29 at 7 p.m. and costs $30 for four classes. And a family yoga class for children up to age 5 and their caregivers are one Saturday a month, starting March 30. The classes are 10:30 and cost $15 per family, up to four family members.
