JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK OFFERING NEW YOUTH EDUCATION PROGRAM

Joshua Tree National Park and the Joshua Tree Residential Education Experience (JTREE) officially began their new partnership on July 1, establishing a youth-oriented residential outdoor education campus to work with Joshua Tree National Park’s current K-12 education program.

The new program will teach environmental education and its relationship with science, technology, engineering, math, and social and cultural sciences; encouraging students to become the ecological stewards of tomorrow.
