Joshua Tree National Park and the Joshua Tree Residential Education Experience (JTREE) have joined forces to create a youth-oriented education campus in Joshua Tree National Park. Reporter Andrew Dieleman has the story…

Joshua Tree National Park and the Joshua Tree Residential Education Experience (JTREE) officially began their new partnership on July 1, establishing a youth-oriented residential outdoor education campus to work with Joshua Tree National Park’s current K-12 education program.

The new program will teach environmental education and its relationship with science, technology, engineering, math, and social and cultural sciences; encouraging students to become the ecological stewards of tomorrow.
