Representatives from the National Park Service and Joshua Tree National Park have drafted a plan to improve accessibility at specific locations in Joshua Tree National Park. The park service will hold a public meeting Wednesday, August 29, to discuss barriers that limit accessibility and offer recommendations on how to improve accessibility. The 1 p.m. presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session at the Joshua Tree Community Center. The public is invited to attend. For more information, call 760-366-8416.
