Work continues on the Morongo Oasis Center, the crisis residential mental health treatment center being built by the County at Sunny Vista Road and the Highway in Joshua Tree. County Supervisors had allocated extra funding as the grant for the facility required, “There must be significant progress made before December 31,” which they say has been achieved. The anticipated completion date is in early April.
