A Joshua Tree man was arrested Thursday, accused of spouse abuse. According to Sheriff’s reports, Deputies stopped Luis Duenas, 21, at about 2:15 p.m. near Highway 62 and Avalon Avenue in Yucca Valley. After an investigation, Luis Duenas was arrested for investigation of spouse abuse and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
