This month, the free Joshua Tree Local Food Program celebrates Indian cuisine at the all-vegetarian community dinner and produce giveaway. You’re invited this Sunday, April 23 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Community United Methodist Church on East Parkway in Joshua Tree. Presented in collaboration with Transition Joshua Tree’s Local Food Program. Fresh produce from the farmer’s market will be available to take home after the event. The goal of the program is to connect with community through good food. Bring your own plate and utensils as this is a no-waste event. Write [email protected] to donate or volunteer.
